ThepamphlethasbeenidentifiedbyMr.L.S.LivingstonasALettertotheRightHon.WilliamWindham，onhisoppositiontoLordErskinesBillforthePreventionofCrueltytoAnimals.ItwaspublishedbyMaxwell&Wilsonat17SkinnerStreetin1810.Noauthorsnameisgiven.Onecopyonlyisknown，andthatisinAmerica，andtheownerdeclinestopermitittobereprinted.Theparticularpassagereferringtoeelpierunsthus:—

Robinsonsreviewwas，Iimagine，TheLondonReview，foundedbyRichardCumberlandinFebruary，1809，which，however，nolongerexisted，havingrunitsbriefcoursebyNovember，1809.
